'Gift in Kind' fields that can be included on custom reports:

Include a field by typing {gik:FIELD} (in upper or lower case) where FIELD is one of the following names:

Field Name: Description:

IS_PROP The type of gift: true => 'Gift in Kind', false => gift with advantage
PROPERTY The description of what was given
PROP_VALUE The value of the gift
APPRAISER The name of the appraiser (if any)
ADDR1 First line of the appraiser's address
ADDR2 Second line of address (shown only if not blank)
CITY City or town
PROV Province/State
PC Postal/Zip Code
COUNTRY Country
ADVANTAGE The description of any advantage received
ADV_VALUE The value of the advantage
NO_VALUE The 'Gift in Kind' does not have any value on the tax receipt.
BLANK_VALUE The value of the 'Gift in Kind' is blank and the donor must estimate the value.
WITH_RECEIPT The donor of the "Gift in Kind" has supplied a receipt for the item (or items) purchased on behalf of the organization.
