How many active donors do I have?

The number of active donors per year is defined as:
(# who donated twice or more within the last six months)
+ (# of all others who donated within the last year)/10

For example: suppose you have 235 donors who give per year,
85 of them give more than once every six months and
the other 150 give once every six months or less,
 then you would have only 100 active donors. (85 + 150/10 = 100)
