Setting up the Headers/Footers for Reports:

Your reports can be customized by putting various items in the header and/or footer.  (The header is the top of the page and the footer is the bottom of the page.) For example, you may want the date or page number to appear on each page of a report.

The header/footer items will appear on these reports:
a) Donations by Date
b) Donations by Donor
c) # Donors per Range
d) Donor List (left/right items only, not any in the center)

Header/footer items will not be on quarterly statements or bank deposits.

To setup what you want to have in the header/footer, click on Reports and choose Setup Headers and Footers...  Here are the items which could be shown:
a) Today's date
b) The current time
c) The page number when the report has more than one page. (eg: Pg 1 of 3)
d) The church or organization name
e) The church or organization address.  (will appear below the name)
f) A comment or any text (can be used as a title for the report).
g) A logo or image.

Each item can be put on the left side, center or right side of the header or footer of each page.  Choose where you want each item to appear.  For a logo or image click on the Browse... button.  Then find the file with your logo or image and double-click it. The file must be a bitmap or a JPEG file (the ending of the file must be: BMP or JPG).    If you have a graphics file that is in another format (for example: GIF or TIFF) then convert it into a bitmap or JPEG file using a graphics or paint program. Also give a Scaling Factor to enlarge or reduce the image.  A number greater than 1.00 will enlarge it and a number less than 1.00 will reduce it. For example, 2.00 will make it twice the size and 0.5 will make it half the size.

If you don't want to include an item on the report choose Hide.
