Reprinting Missing/Damaged Receipts
While printing your tax receipts you may have some problems with your printer, so that some of them are missing or damaged. These can be reprinted as follows:
1. Display the same receipts you just tried to print by entering the same year or date range as before.
2. You may see some tax receipts displayed. These will likely be a new set of receipts from the ones you tried to print. In this case, click [Print] in the menu bar.
3. You may be told that all or some of the tax receipts have already been printed. You will be asked to give a range of receipt numbers to be reprinted. To view all of them, just click Reprint Receipts. To view some of them, type the range of receipt numbers to be redone then click Reprint Receipts. If you have some receipts that need to be printed the first time, print them by clicking on Print receipts not done yet. (If you don't use receipt numbers, then view all of them. Then look at the receipts that are shown and decide which pages need to be redone.)
4. To print the receipts you see, click on [Print] in the menu bar.
