Printing/emailing visitor letters  (Requires the purchase of the Letters/Emails/Text Messages module)

When a new person/family visits the church, it is a good idea to welcome them by sending a welcome letter.  Follow these steps:

1. Click on the Mailings icon and choose View Letters...  (To send an email, click on the Mailings icon and choose View Emails...)

2. Where it says Letter to View or Email to View, choose Welcome.

3. Put a checkmark on All Donors.

4. To the right of the country choose Added From:  (This could have a different name if you renamed it.)

5. Give the date range in which they visited.  This assumes that when you entered them into the system you set the added date to when they first visited.  You should be doing these letters every week so the date range would be from 6 days ago to today's date.

6. Click OK.

To change the wording of the letter or email, click on the Mailings icon and choose Setup Letters... or Setup Emails...
