Churches need both people and money to spread the Gospel.

However, many churches today are struggling financially and this limits what they can achieve. Donations to non-church charities have been increasing while those to churches have decreased. Members give only an average of 2-3% of their income. Some say it is because of the economy, but whether the economy is up or down, there is a solution even if there is no "quick fix".

Remember that God is still in control, He wants the church to continue spreading the Gospel and He can provide the resources the church needs.
