Converting a Demo/Trial to a Full Version

Your demo/trial version can be converted to a full version by purchasing an activation code starting at $63.97 US ($67.97 CDN) for the base version. In addition there are various optional modules which are $16.50 US ($18.00 CDN) each.  If you are not sure whether you need a particular module, you can always add it on later.  Small churches and charities get 25% off (a maximum of 100 active donors per year).  If your organization grows bigger you just pay the difference.

Each copy of Donarius® has a unique serial number which depends, in part, on the organization's or church's name.  (To see the serial number, click on Serial Number on the main window.) The activation code for your serial number, will activate the base version of Donarius® and whatever optional modules you have purchased.


How to Save up to 50%


You have several ways to buy an activation code:
1. Go to www.donarius.com and click on Buy Now in the menu.  You will be given an activation code when your purchase is completed.
2. Print an Unlimited Use Order Form. and mail it in with a check.  You will be sent your activation code when we receive your check.
3. Call 1-888-479-4636 or 1-866-688-3727 with your credit card number.  You will be given an activation code over the phone.

When you receive your activation code:
1. Start the Donarius® program and click on Serial Number on the main window.

2. Type the activation code into the Activation Code field. Record it for future reference.

3. Click OK and the software plus any modules you purchased become activated.  (You will see a checkmark beside the modules you purchased.)

4. Click OK again to close the window.

Differences between the demo/trial and full versions:
The demo/trial version of Donarius® is like the full version except for these limitations:
a) it operates for a 30 day trial period only
b) you can print only sample tax receipts
c) you can export only 10 donors or donations at a time.
d) you can send only one email at a time.

If your 30 day demo/trial version expires before you enter the activation code, all of the data you entered will still be accessible.  (i.e. no data will be lost) However you will not be able to enter new donations or new donors.
